The Show Outline on Selection command displays the contour of brush strokes and the centerline of pencil lines of selected elements. Even if all or a portion of a selected element is hidden, the entire contour or centerline will be displayed.
To activate this command
1. Activate the Transform, Rotate, or Skew tool.
2. Select View > Show Outline on Selection.
